Monday Morning Grand Opening Recap: A Celebration of Community and Mindful Drinking

We're thrilled to announce that Monday Morning has officially opened its doors in Pacific Beach! On November 23, 2024, over 400 of you joined us for an unforgettable grand opening celebration. From tastings and giveaways to a first look at our shelves stocked with premium non-alcoholic craft beverages, the day was a great success. But it’s not just about what we have on the shelves—it’s about building a space where mindful drinking and community go hand in hand. We're excited to share a bit about our journey and what’s to come for the future of Monday Morning.

A New Home for AF Craft Beverages

At Monday Morning, we’re redefining what it means to have a good drink. We believe that mindful drinking should be accessible, inclusive, and above all, enjoyable. That’s why we’ve curated a selection of AF wines, beers, spirits and mixers that deliver on both taste and quality. Whether you’re sober, sober curious, or just exploring new options, there’s something here for everyone. Our goal is to create a place where you can enjoy the same social experiences without the alcohol.

The grand opening was a celebration of this very idea. Guests were able to taste some of the best non-alcoholic craft beverages available today. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of excitement, and we were delighted to hear so many stories from people who are embracing mindful drinking in their own way.

Building a Community, One Drink at a Time

At its heart, Monday Morning is more than just a bottle shop—it’s a community space. Our opening was about connecting with the people who make San Diego such a special place. We were excited to meet so many of you and hear about your personal journeys with mindful drinking. It was clear that the desire for a space like this is strong, and we’re proud to be that space.

We believe that social gatherings are about connection,. Whether you're gathering with friends for a meal or enjoying an afternoon in the sun, mindful drinking can be just as satisfying as enjoying a traditional alcoholic beverage. And with our diverse selection, there’s no shortage of options to elevate any occasion.

Looking Ahead: More Than Just a Shop

As we look to the future, we’re eager to expand the Monday Morning experience. In addition to offering an incredible selection of non-alcoholic beverages, we’ll be hosting tastings, pop-up events, and collaborations with local restaurants and bars. Our goal is to continue making mindful drinking more accessible, while also supporting the local businesses that make Pacific Beach and San Diego so vibrant.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the incredible people who helped bring our grand opening to life. A huge thank you to Grace, who hosted our mocktail hour and kept everyone refreshed with creative, alcohol-free drinks. We also want to express our appreciation to Josh for driving down Zeronimo Wines and helping us with the event. A big thank you goes out to Dan from NA Beverage Co and Kevin from Beaglepuss for their invaluable contributions in making the day a success. Your support means the world to us, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

We had so many generous brands support our grand opening by giving us products to sample out to guests.
